Deze site verspreid uw gegevens NIET.
E-mailadressen worden uitsluitend voor communicatie van acties, problemen en informatie gebruikt.
Het inschrijven van een nieuwsbrief gebeurd automatisch,
echter kunt u hier op elk moment op uitschrijven.
U gaat bij het registeren automatisch akkoord dat u de nieuwsbrief ontvangt.
Bij het verwijderen van uw account wordt uw e-mailadres mee verwijderd.

Wij garanderen ook geen enkel moment de uptime van onze sites of games,
echter doen we er alles aan een 99.99% uptime te behalen.
Indien wij offline worden gehaalt door juridische of financiele problemen,
zullen uw gegevens verwijderd worden en niet hergebruikt worden. Donaties kunnen nooit teruggevorderd worden en gaan richtstreeks richting hostingkosten.

Alle informatie op deze website is vrij voor mogelijke fouten & spellingsfouten.

Het is verboden op het forum te:
Te vloeken / schelden / uitdagen / pesten.
Het aanbieden van 18+ content / warez / torrents / illegale sites.
Het verkopen van in-game geld. Enkel Donsje zelf heeft hiervoor het recht.
Onbeleefd gedrag tegenover administrators / GM's / Dev's.
Andere servers te promoten of andere games.

Donsje crewleden mogen:
Topics sluiten als het antwoord op de vraag is gegeven.
Topics sluiten als de ticket is behandelt.
Topics sluiten indien men afdwaalt van het onderwerp of een discussie ingaat die nutteloos is.
Spelers waarschuwingen geven op taalgebruik of postinhoud.
Je maandelijks een nieuwsbrief versturen met informatie.

Alle foto's, afbeeldingen en wallpapers die op het forum komen mogen voor promotiedoeleinden van Donsje gebruikt worden.
Post je kop is hierop een uitzondering. Dit is verboden om verder verspreid te worden buiten dit forum !

Hoe uitschrijven op nieuwsbriefgroepen?
1) Ga naar http://donsje.nl/forum/ucp.php?i=167
2) Kleur het bolletje rechts in beeld van "Nieuwsbrief Groep"
3) Klik onderaan op "Terugzetten geselecteerd" en klik op "bevestig"
4) Klik "Ja" en je bent succesvol uitgeschreven op onze Nieuwsbrief groep.
PS: Je kunt op precies dezelfde manier terug lid worden.
In deze nieuwsbrieven posten we ook belangrijke informatie,
het is op eigen risico dat je dus uitschrijft en deze informatie nietontvangt.

3: Voorwaarden Minecraft & Regels:

Elke speler dient voordat hij bij ons speelt akkoord te gaan met deze regels.
Hij of zij moet legaal in het bezit zijn van de Minecraft game.
Hij of zij herkent dat wij deze game enkel legaal hosten,
en dat mogelijke donaties ook richting onze hostingonkosten gaan.
Hij of zij gaat ook met een goed beleefd gedrag bij ons spelen,
en probeert hulpvaardig ingame te zijn en niet te vloeken.
Hij of zij mag geen reclame maken voor andere servers op onze Skype Channel,
Forum, ingame chatchannel of andere officieële chatchannels van ons.

Standaard zijn nieuwe spelers "gasten" en kunnen ze niets maken.
Slechts na contactie krijg de speler de status van "bouwer" of "speler.
Dit is ter beveiliging van griefing wat verboden is.
(= het stukmaken van landschap en gebouwen van anderen.)

Ban & Unban Regels:
1) Bans
- Buitenlandse IP's & Spelers (NoN-Benelux) kunnen ten alle tijden
zonder verwittiging geband worden. Dit omdat we NL server zijn.
- Alle overtredingen gedaan door een "Vreemdeling" zijn automatisch permanente ban.
- "Burgers" worden zwaarder geband dan "Premium & Elite Members".
Dit omdat ze ons ook niet steunen.
- Banperiodes die kunnen voorkomen voor "Burgers, Premiums en Elites:"
1 dag, 3 dagen, 1 week, 2 weken, 1 maand, 2 maanden, permanent.
- Banperiode + Banreden kun je navragen op http://contact.tendonsie.be
- Onvriendelijke communicatie met een moderator of admin:
We reageren niet, of we verhogen uw ban.

Wees ten alle tijden respectvol en vriendelijk tegen uw medespelers,
uw vijanden en ons Team WorldofMinecraft die zoveel tijd in deze server stoppen!


2) Unbans
A) Eerste overtreding (1e ban)
Methode 1: Bij contact opnemen met Admin Tendonsie

Vreemdelingen: je straf wordt verminderd of kwijtgescholden als je Elite Memberschap neemt.
Burgers: je straf wordt verminderd of kwijtgescholden als je Elite Memberschap neemt.
Premiums: je straft wordt verminderd of kwijtgescholden.
Elites: je straf wordt verminderd of kwijtgescholden
Vermeld bij het contact opnemen ook volgende informatie:
1) WorldofMinecraft.be Username
2) Reden waarom je toen geband was
3) Beloof plechtig dat je zich goed zal gedragen.
Via deze methode, geven we iedereen een 2e kans,
die het goed voorheeft met de server.

Methode 2: bespreek de ban met de moderator die je bande.
1) Contacteer per e-mail of PM op dit forum de moderator die je bande.
2) Wees vriendelijk, verontschuldig je en leg de situatie uit.
3) De moderator in kwestie beslist of hij de ban al dan niet verandert.
4) De Admin Tendonsie gaat niet tussenkomen in deze situatie.
Dit is tussen de speler en de moderator.

B) Tweede, en opvolgende overtredingen (Meerdere bans)
Methode 1: Bij contact opnemen met Admin Tendonsie

1) Unban is niet mogelijk,
Tendonsie komt enkel de 1e maal tegemoet aan een vergiffenis.

Methode 2: bespreek de ban met de moderator die je bande.

2) Wees vriendelijk, verontschuldig je en leg de situatie uit.
3) De moderator in kwestie beslist of hij de ban al dan niet verandert.
4) De Admin Tendonsie gaat niet tussenkomen in deze situatie.

VERBODEN:

Spamverdrag op worldchat of andere chats te vertonen.
Het gebruik van hacks / bots.

Het verkopen van items / accounts /... Enkel Donsje/Donsje.nl zelf heeft hiervoor het recht.
Onbeleefd gedrag tegenover administrators / GM's.
Tendonsie heeft het recht Guilds & Characters te controleren bij verdachtheid.
Het bewust inviten van een andere factie met als doel een speler van je eigen factie te killen.(PvP eigen factie killen)
Je character een naam te geven die gelijkaardig is aan die van een Admin/GM/Dev/Tester.
Het gebruiken van moderator commands op Worldchat. Enkel GM's mogen op worldchat spelers kicken of modereren!
Reclame te posten van Donsje.nl op grote sites. (Enkel vrienden en familie recruit je)

IN-GAME RULES:

Outland voor level 55 te bezichtigen/levelen.
Northrend voor level 65 te bezichtigen/levelen.
Heroics te betreden als je niet het toegestane level hebt.(=Abuse)
Bugs te abusen of het niet posten van bugs op het forum (of melden via GM Ticket).
Verboden te vragen om buffs / teleports aan GM's. (Mute is mogelijke straf)
Gedraag je tegenover de GM's/Admins. Ze verdienen respect voor hun werk.

TOEGESTAAN:

Mensen helpen met problemen, instances, questen en vragen.

What you get for purchasing
Please note that Minecraft is currently a work in progress and NOT a finished product! The sandbox mode available right now. However, you may buy a discounted beta account today, which will also include the full game!

As we at Mojang continue to release more complete builds of the game, we will also be reducing the discount gradually until we reach the final version and full price of the product. So the earlier you buy, the better value you get! Although we are very passionate about this project, we cannot guarantee that it will be completed - that's why we offer the discounted price When you purchase the game, you pay for it as it is right now. Future updates are an added bonus.

The one major rule
Do not distribute anything I've made. This includes the client and the server software for the game. This also includes modified versions of anything I've made.

In order to maintain control of the project, I need all game downloads to come from a single central source. I hope you understand.

What you can do
If you've bought the game, you may play around with it and modify it. I'd appreciate it if you didn't use this for griefing, though, and remember not to distribute the changes.

Any tools you write for the game from scratch belong to you. You're free to do whatever you want with screenshots and videos of the game, but don't just rip art resources and pass them around. Plugins for the game also belong to you and you can do whatever you want with them, including selling them for money.

Other
Any suggestions made are assumed to be free unless otherwise agreed before the suggestion was made. I'm not going to put up a huge EULA. I'm trying to be open and honest, and I hope people treat me the same way back.

I give estimates as a rough guideline, but because I'm the only developer and sometimes get sidetracked, I can't guarantee any dates. If there's anything legal you're wondering about that isn't answered from this page, either don't do it or ask me about it.

25. GM's hebben het recht om:

Specifiek bijkomende ingame regels voor Minecraft:

26. Speed en fly modificaties zijn verboden.
27. Seksistische bouwwerken en uitspraken zijn verboden.
28. Dingen stuk maken van andere spelers is verboden.
29. Misbruik van lava, TNT en andere gevaarlijke blokken wordt streng afgestarft.
30. Premium Memberschap kan niet terugbetaald worden en gaat integraal naar onze onkosten.


31. Bij overtreding van één of meerdere server regels, zal een sanctie opgelegd worden!
De regels kunnen op elk ieder gewenst moment gewijzigd worden zonder aankondiging!

32. De admin heeft op elk moment het recht spelers items, levels of andere dingen te geven voor mensen die bewezen diensten hebben gelevert aan Loginpanel.nl. De admin, heeft het recht om elke regel voor zichzelf te negeren. Graag ook altijd respect voor Admins, GM's en Moderators, wij spelen en werken hier vrijwillig.
